Cancellation policy
At Can Calet we want to offer the greatest possible flexibility to our guests while also ensuring the smooth management of bookings.
Free cancellation
If cancelled 30 days in advance, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, and 50% if cancelled between 30 and 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations between 14 days and the arrival date
In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.
No show
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without having notified the cancellation, it will be considered a no show and 100% of the booking will be charged.
Early departure
If the guest decides to end the stay before the planned date, the amount corresponding to the unused nights will not be refunded.
Booking changes
Any change of dates or number of guests is subject to availability and to the prices in force at the time of the change.
Exceptional circumstances
If the cancellation is due to a duly documented force majeure event, Can Calet will consider each case individually with the aim of finding the best possible solution.
If the cancelled dates are booked in full again by another guest, Can Calet may fully or partially refund the amounts retained, deducting only any management fees that may have been incurred.
