Booking terms

The booking is confirmed once payment of 30% of the total stay amount has been received, which can be made by credit or debit card through our virtual POS.

If a cancellation is communicated at least 14 days before the arrival date, the 30% paid will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within the 14 days prior to arrival, the 30% advance payment will not be refundable (see the cancellation policy).

The remaining 70% of the stay amount is due at check-in.

On arrival, the current tourist tax will also be charged and, if applicable, any additional contracted services, together with the deposit detailed below.

At check-in, a pre-authorisation will be placed on the credit card as a security deposit, for an amount of €300/apartment. This amount will be held to cover any damage or breaches of the accommodation terms, and will be released once it has been verified that the accommodation is in good condition.

The tourist tax established by current regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya is not included in the price of the stay and will be paid according to the amount legally applicable at the time of booking.

Bookings longer than 5 days include one change of bed linen and towels halfway through the stay.

For safety, insurance and comfort reasons, the maximum authorised capacity of each accommodation must not be exceeded.

The booking is personal and no additional guests may be accommodated without express authorisation from CAN CALET.

Minors must always be under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, especially in the wellness area, garden, barbecue and common spaces.

If you need a baby cot, please request it in advance; it will incur an extra cost of €4/night.

Pets are welcome only in the apartment Ca la Maria or with prior authorisation.

A supplement of €15 per dog per stay applies.

To ensure the comfort of all guests:

• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment unless they are safely kept in a suitable pet carrier or crate.
• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas.

Access to the wellness area requires prior booking and is subject to availability.

This service has an additional cost.

Minors may access the area always under the direct responsibility of the adults accompanying them.

The barbecue is a shared space between the different accommodations and its use requires prior booking.

The common lounge (dining room, meeting room...) is freely accessible to all guests.

We kindly ask that all spaces be left in the same condition in which they were found.

CAN CALET provides a secure space for storing bicycles and a washing area.

To preserve the accommodations, bringing bicycles inside the apartments is not permitted.

CAN CALET is a house built in 1905 and refurbished while preserving many of its original elements.

Stone walls, wooden beams, Catalan vaults, restored furniture and other objects are part of the history of this space. We invite you to enjoy them and to look after them with the same respect with which they have been preserved for generations.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligent use of the facilities or furnishings.

Should the damage exceed the pre-authorised amount, CAN CALET reserves the right to claim the corresponding difference.

Making a booking implies full acceptance of these terms.
