The apartments+
How can I make a booking?+
You can book directly through our website or contact us by email or phone. You'll also find Can Calet on Booking and Airbnb. We always try to offer the best conditions when you book directly through our website.
When is the booking confirmed?+
The booking is confirmed once we receive payment of 30% of the total stay. In the email reply to your booking request you'll find all the details to make the payment. The rest must be paid before arrival, in line with the booking conditions. We accept payments by bank card and bank transfer.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. If you arrive later, just let us know in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?+
Yes. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen so that you can enjoy your stay in complete comfort.
Is breakfast available?+
We don't offer breakfast at the moment, but we'll be happy to recommend some of the best places in the area to start the day properly.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Yes. All apartments have free Wi-Fi.
Is there a lift?+
Yes. All apartments are accessible by lift.
Is any apartment wheelchair accessible?+
Yes. Ca la Maria is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Spa & Wellness+
Is the wellness area included in the price?+
No. It's an additional service that requires a prior booking and payment.
Can children use it?+
Yes, always under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
Barbecue & shared spaces+
Is the barbecue private?+
No. It's a shared space between the different apartments and its use requires a prior booking.
Can the shared room (dining area, meeting room…) be used freely?+
Yes. It's a shared space where you can read, rest, play games or enjoy the fireplace. We only ask that you use it respectfully so that every guest can enjoy it.
Parking+
Is there parking?+
Yes. Can Calet has private parking for its guests, so that you can enjoy your stay in complete comfort.
Pets+
Can I come with my pet?+
Pets are welcome at Ca la Maria. At Can Joan, Ca la Sat and La Suite, they are only accepted upon prior request and express confirmation from Can Calet.
Bikes+
Are you a bike-friendly place?+
Yes. We have a secure space to store bikes and a washing area so you can prepare your rides comfortably.
Can I take the bike inside the apartment?+
Can Calet has a space specially set up within the property to store bikes safely, comfortably and ready for your next ride. Bikes cannot be taken into the apartments to ensure the comfort of all guests.
