European regional development fund
Embotits Calet, s.l., within the framework of the ICEX Next Programme, has received support from ICEX and co-financing from the European ERDF fund. The aim of this support is to contribute to the international development of the company and its environment.
The Garrotxa region, the capital of which is Olot, is nestled between valleys, very close to the Pyrenees, and the climate of this area has been a determining factor in the proper curing of sausages, pork products and other meats.
